When will I be billed?
In-store: Can be paid when the service is complete.
In-home: You will be charged the diagnostic fee on the day you request services & billed the remainder on the same day services are complete.
Over the Internet: Your credit card will be authorized for the estimated amount needed to complete your services, then adjusted after the services are complete
When does my service(s) begin?
After we recieve your request for services & downpayment (if required) services typically take about 24 hours to start. If requests or
downpayments are recieved after 2pm E.S.T , services can take up to 48 hours to start.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa & Mastercard credit cards, PayPal, & cash. All prices are in US dollars. No checks, money orders, or travellers checks please.
Can I get a refund?
On parts only. Any part sold is eligible for a refund up to 14 days after sell-date. Any services recieved are non-refundable & are
covered with a 30-90 day warranty.
I need x,y,and z done - can you do that?
Yes. We are able to fix & repair any residential issue that involves computers, laptops, or networks that you may be having. The services listed above
