Are diagnostics mandatory for all services?
In-short: Yes.
In-order to provide the highest quality of service every technician must assess each service fairly and consistently. We do more then just identify the problem. Diagnostic fee’s cover all administrative charges, the cost of operating our remote-support software, website costs, administrative support, planning, & preparation.
How long will my computer be down?
What is wrong with your system will determine whether or not it can be fixed on location or if it will be more cost effective to have it repaired at our shop. In the event that we need to do a shop repair, your computer is usually repaired & returned to you within 24 to 48 hours. We realize how important your computer is, & we do our best to get you back up & running as soon as possible.
How soon can I get my free diagnostic?
Most appointments can be made within a 24 to 48 hour period. Emergency appointments can be made as well.
